The Cure All

So as I have been in Japan I occasionally watch a lot of online videos to keep me up to date about what is happening in the US and just to keep me busy sometimes. Probably the one set of videos that I watch pretty religiously are those for 60 minutes that are posted online. I just watch this 2 part episode on sleep and all I got to say is WOW . . . . .

You just need to select the video you want to view and it will open in another window. Also check out some of the other videos as well . . . some of them are rather interesting.
